Drunken actor drives into police net
Telugu film actor Raja Ravindra was caught by the police while driving his car in a tipsy state in Hyderabad on Saturday night. He was caught by the police during a special drive at the Jubilee Hills check post.
Traffic inspector Balakrishna Reddy said that they stopped Raja's over speeding vehicle (Skoda Laura, AP 20AP 1111) and tested him with a handheld breath analyser.
It revealed an alcohol content of 40 mg per 100 ml in his blood. Police registered a case and seized his vehicle. He is likely to be produced before the court on Monday where he would have to pay a fine of around Rs 5,000.
He has to attend the compulsory counselling, after which only he would be given his car back.
