Akshara Haasan to debut with Dhanush
Yet another girl from the Haasan family is set to foray into the tinsel town. There is intense speculation that Kamal Haasan's younger daughter Akshara Haasan is all set to make her debut opposite Dhanush for a Bollywood film.
R Balki of Cheeni Kum and Paa fame is directing the film that is tipped to be a rom-com. Recently, Akshara completed her higher studies from a college in Bangalore and was supposed to play the lead role in Mani Ratnam's Kadali.
However, when Mani approached Akshara for the female lead, she is in no mood to act and stated that she enjoys working behind the scenes. Freshly, Balki has approached Akshara and Dhanush for his next which also features Amitabh Bachchan and Amruthadhare.
Nothing has been confirmed and an official announcement is likely to be out soon. Remember, Kamal's elder daughter Shruti Haasan too made her tinsel town debut in Bollywood and then shifted her focus to Telugu and Telugu films. It seems Akshara is following in the footsteps of her sister!
