Pranitha's career takes off In Tollywood, nothing succeeds like success and heroine Pranitha Subhash is a case in point. The Kannada actress has featured in Telugu in films like Em Pillo Em Pillado, Baava and Sakuni which was a dubbed version of the Tamil flick, Saguni.
Yet, success eluded this talented and beautiful actress as none of the films made a mark commercially. It finally took Trivikram Srinivas to break the jinx for Pranitha who was cast as the second lead and given a decent role in Attarintiki Daredi, by the ace director.
The runaway success of the film and the fact that she managed to hold her own in the movie despite the presence of stalwarts like Pawan Kalyan and Samantha earned her accolades from the industry and the results are beginning to show.
Pranitha has now bagged a prominent role in another big ticket film, Rabhasa, which stars NTR Junior in the lead and is directed by Santosh Srinivas.
Apart from this she has been paired opposite Manchu Manoj in his forthcoming film Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda (PPT), which is directed by Srivas and features the entire Manchu family on screen together for the first time.
She also has a couple of Kannada assignments on hand. Needless to say, the success of either Rabhasa or PPT would go a long way towards cementing her place in Tollywood.
