Hansika proud to play a journo
'I owe my success in the industry to the media. But for their support, I would not have been in this position today. It is but natural, that I am extremely thrilled to be playing the role of a journalist, Priya in Biryani,' said glamour girl Hansika at the audio launch of the movie.
'This is my second dubbed film in Telugu,' she further added. Starring Karthi and Hansika in the lead roles, Biryani is directed by Venkat Prabhu and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The movie deals with friendship and affection between siblings and is basically a comic thriller. Karthi plays the character of a playboy. Another interesting thing about Biryani is that the Tamil version of the film would mark the 100th film of Yuvan Shankar Raja in his career.
