Double whammy for Rana
Tollywood is abuzz that maverick director Rajamouli is all set to release a special teaser of Baahubali on Saturday to coincide with the birthday of one of the lead actors of the film Rana Daggubati.
The teaser will showcase the development of Rana's character in the period drama on the lines of Prabhas and Anushka's roles in the film. The duration of the teaser will be around 1 minute as per our sources.
On the whole, this is going to be the third teaser of the film. On the other side, Gunasekhar who is directing Rana Daggubati in Rudramadevi is also planning to reveal the first look poster of Rana in the film.
The actor will be seen as Chalukya Veerabhadrudu, the prince of Nidavardhyapuram (now Nidadavole). Both the films are set against historical backdrops and hold great importance in Rana's blooming career. Baahubali is pegged for 2015 Pongal release, while Rudramadevi is likely to hit the screens for 2014 summer.
