CBI raids Film Chamber office CBI officials have raided the Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce (APFCC) office in Hyderabad's Film Nagar following a complaint lodged by Indian Overseas Bank, Jubilee Hills branch on producers Udaya Shankar and Raja Sekhar.
It is learnt that the bank complained to CBI on the duo for taking a loan of Rs 20 crore with false documentation. It is being said that the CBI has enquired the Chamber officials and gathered appropriate evidences about the basic details like membership, the films they have registered and the addresses of the producers.
Also, a case under section 420 of IPC was registered on the duo. A source reveals that the producers are associated with two movies titled Aaru ' a dubbing film and Made in Vizag which is yet to hit the screens.
