Mahesh in Boyapati's direction
Boyapati Srinu is four films old in the history and has a balanced record at the box office, two blockbusters: Bhadra and Simha and two flops Tulasi and Dammu. But one common feature is that all of his films are heavy-duty action movies.
In fact, for a hero looking to acquire that mass image, Boyapati is a good choice. Currently, he is immersed in his project Legend, with Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead. He has no commitments beyond that.
In this context, unconfirmed news has filtered in that Boyapati has narrated a script to Mahesh Babu and that the latter is yet to give his approval. Mahesh is choc-a-bloc at the moment with a film with Srinu Vaitla and a couple of other projects lined up.
So, as regards his project with Boyapati Srinu, the issue would be one of dates more than anything else.
