Puri emulating Maruti?
Puri Jagannath tops the list of directors badly in need of a hit. His latest offering Heart Attack, produced and directed by him is slated for release on January 31.
The trailer of the film which released recently met with a lukewarm response. But there is one interesting speculation which has emerged from the trailer.
The dialogues are supposedly in line with Maruti's school, with some labeling them vulgar and others calling them trendy or youthful. Whatever be the nomenclature, insiders snigger that it is amusing to watch even a senior director like Puri Jagan take the Maruti route to success.
Is it an endorsement of the fact that he can think of no other way to make a mark at the box-office? That indeed, would be a sad day for the industry!
