No end to YVS troubles There seems to be no end in sight to the problems being faced by YVS Chowdary, producer and director of Rey. The audio launch of the movie which was initially planned for January 5 has now been postponed indefinitely.
Chowdary had planned to rope in Pawan Kalyan as the star attraction for the function and Pawan's unavailability is cited to be the reason behind the postponement.
Starring Sai Dharam Tej, Shraddha Das and Shubra Aiyappa in the lead roles, the movie has been a long time in the making. Sai Dharam Tej in the meanwhile has nearly finished shooting for a couple of other films, yet for obvious reasons, he can't allow them to release before Rey which is his debut.
Chowdary on the other hand is facing a hurdle every step of the way, owing to a financial mess he currently finds himself in after his big budgeted production Nippu bombed at the box-office.
The makers have officially announced February 5 as the release date of the movie. With the audio launch getting postponed, uncertainty once again lingers over the release date as well. Last heard, Chowdary was said to be trying to rope in Chiranjeevi instead of Pawan for the event.
