Charan plays it safe Ram Charan's latest film Yevadu is minting gold at the box-office. The film that released on Sunday is setting new records and is poised to become one of the biggest hits of Tollywood.
Despite that, Charan is facing a lot of criticism for coming up with a formulaic film and dishing out monotonous performance this time too.
Industry folks feel that if Charan won't attempt some versatile films like what his dad Chiranjeevi and cousin Allu Arjun have done in the past, his image will take a serious dent in the coming days.
However, there are a few sections of people who are contradicting this statement and insist that Charan should go ahead with his choice of films and feel that if he tries something new at this stage of his career, he may end up as a failure at the ticket window.
It seems Charan is not very keen on trying out different genres and is simply sticking to commercial pot-boilers. Whatever it is as long as the audience expect this type of movies from Charan there is no need for him to go for experiments, opines an insider.
