Will Nandamuri stars make a come back?
There is a special place for Nandamuri family in the history of Tollywood. Of late, the heroes of Nandamuri clan like Balakrishna, NTR Jr and Kalyan Ram are going through a lean phase with none of their films scoring well at the ticket window.
Fans of the actors too are quite upset over the fate of their previous films and are hoping that their matinee idols will make a roaring come back this time with their upcoming projects.
A few enthusiastic analysts of Tollywood are predicting that the bad phase of the Nandamuri heroes will end very soon and they are going to blossom yet again in this New Year.
Balakrishna is currently working for Legend directed by Boyapati Srinu who earlier teamed up with the actor for Simha. The film is up for release in the last week of March before Assembly elections.
On the other hand, NTR Jr is once again coming up to test the waters with Rabhasa. The film that is shaping up in the direction of Santosh Srinivas of Kandireega fame is poised for summer release.
Incidentally, both the films are set against the backdrop of dirty politics and corruption according to the buzz. Going by the history, the films that revolve around politics always garnered huge hype and never fell short of expectations.
