Paisa set for Feb 7 release
Much awaited Krishna Vamsi directorial Paisa is finally releasing on February 7. Producer of Paisa, Ramesh Puppala confirmed the news. 'Yes, we are releasing the movie on February 7,' he told.
Putting aside his cameo in Eega, Paisa is undoubtedly the biggest film in the career of Nani both in terms of budget and the director. Krishna Vamsi is the biggest of all directors who have so far directed Nani, barring Rajamouli of course.
Starring Nani and Catherine Tresa in the lead roles, the movie, true to Krishna Vamsi's style is tipped to be a hard-hitting and realistic narration on the power of money and its prominence in political corruption in today's society.
The news should come as a huge relief to actor Nani who on quite a few occasions gave vent to his frustration when asked about the reason for the delay in the release of the movie.
'We have spared no expense in making this movie a visual treat and have shot extensively in Dubai. We spent nearly Rs 2 crore for one single song in the movie,' said Ramesh Puppala.
Hopefully, all the investment and hard work would pay off for the team of Paisa and 2014 certainly seems to have great things in store for Nani with two other films of his, Jenda Pai Kapiraju and Aaha Kalyanam lined up for release.
