Paisa releasing in deficit
Finally anounced for a release on February 7, Nani-Catherine starrer Paisa is said to be releasing in a deficit. Supposedly, the producer Ramesh Puppala is now keen on mitigating his losses instead of chancing his luck at the box-office, the reason being the severe financial crunch he is facing at the moment.
If the movie were to be delayed further, then there is every possibility of the market value of the movie eroding further. Even the promotions of the movie have been lackluster with the release hardly a few days away.
The producer Ramesh Puppala was himself overheard over the phone saying that the release was only a few days away and expressing his anger at the promotions of the movie not featuring in the print media. Well, it happens to the best of them!
