Neetu Chandra in Manam
Actress Neetu Chandra has officially confirmed on Twitter that she is a part of Manam. The movie features the Akkineni clan coming together on screen for the first time with the exception of Akhil.
The last movie for which Akkineni Nageswara Rao had donned the grease paint before he passed away, Nagarjuna wants the movie to be a fitting tribute to his father.
Godavari actress, Neetu Chandra has done a cameo in the film. The entire unit of the film is quite tight-lipped on the plot of the movie or other details, and understandably so, as they intend it to be a surprise to all Akkineni fans.

Directed by Vikram Kumar of Ishq fame, Manam stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaithanya in the lead roles. Shriya Saran, Samantha and Neetu Chandra play the female leads in the movie which has music by Anoop Ruebens.
The first look poster of the film was released on September 19, 2013, on the eve of Akkineni Nageswara Rao's 90th birthday. As of now, Nagarjuna is keen on wrapping up the project in time for a release on March 31.
