Huge demand for Legend rights Balakrishna starrer Legend is in the news for all the right reasons. The film that is shaping up in the direction of Boyapati Srinu has grabbed the attention of film enthusiasts and is creating ripples among the fans of Balakrishna.
To cash in on the craze, it is learnt that Tollywood entertainment channels are after the film for the satellite rights. Buzz is that Maa TV and Gemini TV are the front runners to snap up the satellite rights of Legend and even offered Rs 7.5 crore for the makers.
Although the makers are firm on selling the rights for Rs 8.5 crore, chances are bright that the deal may end up at around Rs 8 crore.
Incidentally, Legend is the second film in Balakrishna and Boyapati's combination and needless to say, their first film Simha had set the records for viewership on Maa TV during every telecast.
Currently, the shooting of the film is progressing at a rapid pace in Dubai. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music and the makers are putting all their efforts to release the film on March 28.
