Sekhar Chandra back with Weekend Love
After a brief hiatus, music-composer Sekhar Chandra of Nachavule fame is gearing up to test his luck with his new film titled Weekend Love.
The film directed by journalist-turned- director Nagu Gavara features Srihari, Aadith and Supriya Sailaja in the lead roles.
Incidentally, the film is the last film of Srihari who breathed his last on October 9 due to liver ailment.
The shooting of the film is over and the makers are planning to release the film in April. Speaking to Metro Screen, director Nagu Gavara says, 'There are six songs in the film and I can confidently say this is Sekhar Chandra's best work till date.
The post-production is in the last leg and the film is a love story in the backdrop of human emotions.' He further adds that Srihari's performance will become the highlight and the chemistry between the lead pair is excellent.
The film was majorly shot in Kolkata and Hyderabad. MS Narayana, CVL Narasimha Rao, Prabhas Srinu and Thagubothu Ramesh are playing important roles in this rom-com.
