Nayan plays as an IT professional
Raja Rani, the Tamil hit movie starring Arya and Nayantara in the lead roles is all set to release in Telugu soon with the same title. AR Murugadoss and Fox Star Studios, the producers of the Tamil version are releasing it in Telugu.
Jai, Nazriya Nazim, Santhanam and Sathyaraj appear in supporting roles. Nayantara plays an IT professional in the movie who loses her temper at the drop of a hat, but is also emotionally vulnerable.
Arya would be seen sporting two different looks for the same character. Speaking about his role of John in the movie, Arya said, 'One is the husband John, who is bored and has no interest in his looks. The other is a young and energetic John, who you see in the flashback.
He is fit and lively. I had to put on weight and later shed a few kilos for these two looks.' The movie released in Tamil in 2013 and is a romantic comedy directed by Atlee who previously worked with Shankar as an assistant in Enthiran (2010) and Nanban (2012). Music of the film has been given by GV Prakash Kumar.
