Allu Aravind unhappy with Maruthi
Maruthi became a sensation in the industry thanks to his ability to churn out blockbusters such as Ee Rojullo, Bus Stop and Prema Katha Chitram made on shoe string budgets.
His success resulted in him bagging a project from Allu Aravind which was Kotha Janta, featuring Allu Sirish, the son of Allu Aravind in the lead role.
Supposedly, the agreement between Maruthi and Aravind was that the movie would be made on a budget of around Rs 2 crore. But the movie has already crossed that threshold and reportedly, Aravind is unhappy for this reason.
On the other hand, Maruthi's supporters say that it is understandable to be spending at least that much on a movie which has Allu Sirish in it for the sake of quality. Given the care that Maruthi is taking about Kotha Janta, hopefully the movie turns about to be another success in his kitty.
