The trailer of the movie was launched recently and the movie is tipped to be a horror film with an underlying romantic story.
The last release of Uday Kiran was Jai Sri Ram in 2013. Directed by Mohan, Chitram Cheppina Katha is produced by Munna and has music by Kasi. In a career spanning over thirteen years, Uday Kiran has acted in nineteen films to date.
He rose to stardom after his first three films Chitram, Nuvve Nuvve and Manasantha Nuvve turned out to be blockbusters, running for 175 days, a feat unprecedented in the history of Tollywood.
The failure of a proposed marital alliance into the powerful Chiranjeevi family saw an adverse impact on his career and since then, his career graph took a turn for the worse.
Unable to cope with the vicissitudes of fortune, Uday Kiran took his life on January 5, 2014, plunging the industry, his family and fans into gloom.
