Chaitu not happy with Durga director
It is known that Naga Chaitanya's new movie Durga directed by G Srinivas Reddy was launched a while ago. The film is in the news for wrong reasons from a few days. If the grapevine has to be believed Naga Chaitanya is not happy with the efforts put in by Srinivas Reddy and is insisting the makers to change the director.
Sources say Naga Chaitanya is in a dilemma on whether Srinivas Reddy who carved a niche in directing comic capers couldn't able to do justice to the script of Durga which is touted to be a high voltage action entertainer.
The shooting of the film was stalled and the makers are contemplating on whom to rope in as a replacement to Srinivas Reddy. However, Naga Chaitanya has requested popular writer Akula Siva to wield the megaphone and chances are bright that the writer may take over the project upon the request of the Thadaka star.
C Kalyan is producing the movie that also has Hansika as the leading lady. An official announcement is expected soon.
