Samantha - reigning queen
In these days of immense competition in the South Indian film industry; there is one heroine who has her hands full with prestigious projects. She is none other than Samantha!
Following a much needed vacation in London, Sam as she is fondly referred to flew to Dubai for a schedule of VV Vinayak's movie. Incidentally, this movie marks the debut of Sai Srinivas, the son of prominent Tollywood Bellamkonda Srinivas as a hero. She is now back in Hyderabad to shoot for the untitled, Vijay-Murugadoss, Tamil movie.
Apart from this movie, she is also shooting for Rabhasa, in the direction of Santosh Srinivas in which she is paired opposite NTR Junior and another Tamil movie, Anjaan in which she is paired opposite Suriya.
Sam will also be seen opposite Naga Chaithanya in Manam, which is ready for release.owever, the Tamil projects are extremely important for Samantha for the reason that she is yet to create an impact there.
She was signed for the lead roles in a couple of big ticket films in Tamil in the past, but the projects were either shelved or she was replaced by other actresses due to various reasons. Success in Tamil would definitely go a long way towards establishing her as the numero uno of the South film industry.
