Double delight for Pooja Hegde
One of the reigning queens of Sandalwood, Pooja Hegde is eyeing a permanent foothold in Tollywood. The actress has been roped in to play the love interest of debutant Varun Tej in Gollabhama and as a female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya in the film Oka Laila Kosam.
The actress who is also known for her flawless acting potential and incredible dancing skills is currently juggling between the sets of the two films. The first schedule of Gollabhama has begun in Cochin where in director Srikanth Addala is filming love track on the lead pair.
Pooja is playing the role of a village belly based in Godavari region in this family entertainer. Soon after this schedule, the unit will leave for Nagarcoil, Alleppey and Rajahmundry.
On the other hand, Oka Laila Kosam, tipped to be a youthful love story will see Pooja as an urbane chick. The first schedule of the film has completed a while ago and the new schedule is likely to begin from April.
It would be interesting to see how this Miss India contestant strikes a balance between playing a glam doll as well acting in a role with multiple shades in these films.
