Censor blunts Legend's snide Boyapati Srinu, the director of Legend is a frustrated man. His movie Legend which faced last-minute censor hassles was chopped off by nearly 20 minutes by the censor board for various reasons. Apparently, there were some hard hitting dialogues in the movie targeted at politicians and political parties along with a section of leaders considered to be opponents of Balayya.
The censor board chairman, Dhanalakshmi was not amused and immediately ordered that the scenes be chopped off. However, they are said to be the kinds of scenes that would definitely garner applause from hard core Balayya fans. But then it is Dhanalakshmi at the other end and she is a different sort of legend unto herself. The best of them have taken her on and failed. Boyapati is no exception!
