Akhil cameo in Manam
Akkineni family multi-starrer Manam is poised for release in April. The film is already riding high on expectations as the three generation actors from Akkineni family are sharing the screen space together for the first time.
As the film is a family project, fans of the Akkineni clan are insisting on Nagarjuna to rope in Akhil for a cameo. However, Nagarjuna is in no mood to have Akhil on board for this project and made it clear that Akhil is not acting in this flick.
But, sources from film nagar are claiming that Akhil has acted in the film and you have to closely observe him and even his name will be seen in the title cards.
'Akhil has played a small role in Manam where he would be seen helping the thespian ANR in a scene,' confides a source. Although there is no character written for him in particular, sources say Akhil appeared in the scene out of his own interest.
It is also learnt that there is a family song in the film which will see the three generations of the Akkineni clan dancing to it and chances are bright that Akhil might shake a leg in that special song which is likely to be shown towards the end.
