Gowtham in Yeleti's next In a career spanning more than a decade, Chandrasekhar Yeleti has made only five films. Yet, this director has managed to create a niche for himself with his style of filmmaking and genre of movies.
Starting with the critically acclaimed Aithe in 2013, Yeleti has gone on to make Anukokunda Oka Roju, Okkadunnadu, Prayanam and Saahasam. Aithe won the 'National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu'.
Yeleti's last outing Saahasam was a visual feat, but the film just about managed to break even at the box-office.
It is a fact that this highly talented director has not had his fair share of commercial success. In an apparent bid to rectify that shortcoming in his career, Yeleti is now working on the script for a new film.
The movie will be produced by Sai Korrapati and the script is rumored to be a mainstream, commercial entertainer. Yeleti has shut himself off from the rest of the world and is devoting his all to the script.
Though the details of the project are yet to be unveiled, it is believed that Gowtham, Brahmanadam's son might star as the hero as the duo has been planning a project for a long time now.
