Did Kamal attempted Baahubali?
Amidst media speculation of Baahubali, being a remake of the yesteryear hit, Marmayogi, the spotlight has once again shifted on to a film by the same name which was started by Kamal Haasan and subsequently got stalled because of monetary reasons.
Kamal's movie was supposed to star, Trisha, Shriya, Hema Malini, Shobhana and Venkatesh also and a whopping budget of Rs 120 crore was earmarked for it.
The film was stalled after one of the producers based abroad backed out of the project. Kamal's subsequent efforts to revive the project were in vain. so far, and for obvious reasons, SS Rajamouli has not given any clarification on the ongoing speculation.
