Actress stripped, photographed
In what we call a most tragic incident a struggling actress was stripped and blackmailed by a gang of 7 people in Mumbai. The incident happened when the actress went for a film's first look photo shoot. So shocked, the victim reported about the atrocity to Mumbai police.
The 23 year old young actress, who has filed a complaint with the Versova police station, alleges that a few days ago she was called to a bungalow in a MHDA colony for a photo shoot. When she went to the given address, she saw that there were around seven men sitting inside the house.
She adds that when she was inside the house, she was caught hold by the men and stripped naked and even photographed. She said though she tried to escape from their clutches, the accused blackmailed her with the photos and demanded Rs 1 lakh or they would circulate her pictures on the Net. Since she was terrified, she went to the police station for help. However, when the policemen went to the bungalow they found none in the house.
We searched the bungalow but did not find anything. We have, however, identified four to five men who were present in the house. We are tracing them,' said police official.
