Sheena replaces Anjali
Sheena Shahabadi who earlier acted in films such as Bindaas, Nandeeswarudu and Action 3D has replaced Anjali Lavania in Geddam Gang. Sources close to the unit say,'
Apart from charging a bomb, Anjali has imposed a lot of rules and restrictions to sign the project and miffed by her adamant behavior, the makers have replaced her with Sheena.'
The film starring Rajasekhar in the lead role is the remake of Tamil blockbuster Soodhu Kavvum. The principle shooting of the film has begun in Hyderabad on Monday.
The unit is filming scenes on Rajasekhar, Noel and Deepak in Bhooth Bungalow. Sheena is expected to join the sets in a week's time. Geddam Gang marks the debut of Santosh P as the director.
Produced by Jeevitha Rajasekhar, the film also has Naresh, Giribabu and Seetha in pivotal roles. Achu is scoring the music. The film is all about amateur gang of kidnappers.
