Puri's promise to his father
One might wonder why Puri Jagannath is still trying to promote his brother as a hero despite constant setbacks at the box-office for the latter. Is it just filial affection or some other reason behind it?
Apparently, Puri Jagannath had promised his father that he would make Sai Ram Shankar, a successful hero in Tollywood.
Puri believes that all it would take is one good success for Sai Ram Shankar to be in the reckoning. Leaving nothing to chance, he has penned the script for Sai Ram's upcoming movie, Romeo himself and also roped in good friend Ravi Teja for a cameo. In short, Puri is doing everything he can to deliver on the promise he made to his father.
