Jaiho Telangana launched
At exactly 12.01 am on June 2nd, 2014, the muhurat shot of the film Jaiho Telangana was pictured on the famous Buddha statue at Tank Bund, Hyderabad.
The movie is produced by P Ramakrishna Goud on his banner 'RK Films' and is being directed by GV Mohan Goud. Subsequent shots were canned on the throng of supporters at Necklace Road, Hyderabad and other adjoining areas where people were celebrating the formation of the new state.
Speaking on the occasion, producer Ramakrishna Goud said, 'As a son of Telangana, I am really happy to be starting this movie on such an auspicious occasion.
My film is the first film to go on floors in the new state of Telangana and for this reason, I feel truly blessed. This movie will be made in the combination of newcomers as well as senior artistes.
The regular shooting will start soon and we intend to complete the entire movie in three schedules.' Director Mohan Goud said, 'This is the third film for me as a director and I am proud to be associated with this project.
The movie will depict the struggle of the people of Telangana and how they finally managed to realize their dream.'
