Recently, Music director SS Thaman hints about this in twitter: "Sensational news about Aagadu item song coming up in a couple of days. The whole team is so excited about it".
According to source the sensational news is nothing but Presence of sruthi in hot item number. What was surprising was, the Shruti Hassan's item song happened rather easily and the makers didn't have to persuade her much for that, as she jumped at the offer and said yes almost immediately.
