Mahesh-Mani film still on cards?
It's a celebration time for Mahesh Babu fans as the highly anticipated project of Mahesh with Mani Ratnam was still on and it was disclosed by none other than Mahesh himself.
Though a few days back there was news that this film got cancelled due to non-availability of call sheets as Mahesh will be busy with other projects, now comes thenews that Mahesh is back at it again.
In a recent interview Mahesh said the project is still on and his dates are being worked out. He has requested people to stop believing in rumors. He added that they will soon make an official announcement about the project.
"Mani Ratnam project is very much on. Since I'm busy with multiple projects, my dates are being work out. There will be more clarity on this project when the official announcement will be made," Mahesh Babu told.
Aishwarya Rai, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Shruti Hasan are also to be part of this project, which is expected to go on floors soon. Mahesh also confirmed that his film Aagadu is releasing on Sep 19 and there will be no changes in it. Mahesh is presently working for Aagadu and then he has Koratala Siva's film.
Mani Ratnam's dream of working with Mahesh Babu is fulfilling finally with this yet to be titled movie to be co-produced by the director himself. AR Rahman is music director while editing by Sreekar Prasad and cinematography by Ravi Varman.
