Tollywood lyricist escapes river tragedy All Telgus witnessed the sorrowful Sunday and shook with shock hearing about the VNR college students washed away in Beas River, Himachal Pradesh. Much to the shock of film media, the faculty member Kiran who miraculously escaped from the mishap is a upcoming film lyricist.
His full name is Nallan Chakravarthula Kiran and he is better known as Na Cha Ki among film journalists. He was a film critic worked for quite a time and later turned into a film lyricist. He penned for films like Adavi Sesh's 'Kiss'. The film media fraternity expresses relief knowing that Na Cha Ki is safe.
Other side a video revealed by Hindi news website Amar Ujala shows the shocking scenes of students being washed away by water.The video that grabs the horrific sequence of events was taken by a youngster who was standing few meters away from the accident spot.
The video also shows how some locals standing on one of the hills nearby trying vigorously to warn the students about water flow. However, students sitting on the rocks in the middle of the river were unable to hear them warning and soon became victims of the gushing water.
