Uday is next to Mahesh: RP The Telugu film industry has plunged into a state of mourning after losing its lover boy Uday Kiran. It was a sea of empathetic crowd that waved the Uday Kiran a goodbye for life when he died few months ago.
It was straight out of the hearts and was openly talked about for some time be it media, social media or filmy circles. It will be interesting to see how his last film 'Chitram Cheppina Katha' getting ready for release will be received by the audiences at large
The audio of the film was released at Hyderababd and it was attended by Uday's wife Vishita and few other celebs. Vishita spoke about Uday and said that he was reserved person in real life but called him as a great actor on screen.
Later Music director RP Patnayak made long speech in the event and he reminded his memories with Uday. Sharing anecdotes of the past he reminded the people at the audio launch that after Mahesh Babu it is only Uday Kiran who is handsome as well as good actor. He said that Uday is personification of his voice.
Patnaik had composed music for six of Uday's films -- "Chitram", "Nuvvu Nenu", "Manasantha Nuvve", "Sreeram", "Nee Sneham" and "Neeku Nenu Naaku Nuvvu".
Uday's manager Munna has produced this project while debutant Mohan has directed this flick. The first look for this movie has been released quite a while back where Uday was seen as painter.
Director Mohan said Uday looks quite different in this film and producer Munna said Uday worked extra hard for the film and had taken care in every department for the movie's good.
Uday committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling in his flat. Born on Jan 26, 1980, the actor made his cinematic debut with Telugu romantic-drama "Chitram" in 2000. Uday reportedly ended his life because he was depressed after not getting roles in films.
