Avunu sequel in the cards
Actor-turned-director Ravi Babu is contemplating making a sequel to his critically acclaimed film Avunu. Made with a shoe-string budget, Avunu has turned out to be a commercial hit.
Now, after a brief hiatus, Ravi Babu is keen on making a sequel and already started pre-production say sources. Ravi Babu's production Flying Frogs have reportedly registered Avunu 2 title with the film chamber and making arrangements to launch the film sometime in August.
The lead actors and crew are yet to be finalized and it is still unclear on whether the same cast from Avunu will reprise their roles or not.
