Nag's MEK show tops 4th time in row
Akkineni Nagajuna is the happiest man on earth now. His Manam completes 50 days today, he's been signing new genre films and his Television game show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu is on a winner spree with each episode earning stunning TRPs.
Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu ' This is one Television programme that became a big part of telugu general entertainment popular culture for weeks ever since the show anchored by super star Nagarjuna Akkineni went on air.
It is aired on MAA TV and according to Television Audience Measurement (TAM), TVR of the show has registered 10.8, the highest so far. With these ratings MEK show once again occupied the top slot for fourth week in a row and the captivating show has exceeded all the pre existing GRP records for blockbuster films which aired on MAA TV.
"I am thrilled to know that the game show continues to maintain top TVR with the rating touching an all time high of 10.8. The biggest challenge for me as a host is to keep contestants and viewers on the edge of their seats," Nagarjuna said in a statement.
Talking about his experiences as a host Nagarjuna said the show gave me thousands of memories. It is a show loaded with fun, interactivity and challenging mind exercise with people from different walks of life.
It is indeed a great achievement for Nagarjuna in small screen as well to be part of a game show which captured the interest of many viewers throughout. Nagarjuna has proved that he is a Yuva Samrat irrespective of the medium his presence is in!
