Brahmi as Saitan Raj
We have laughed our guts out when MS Narayana came as 'Salman Raj' in Srinu Vaitla's Dubai Seenu. It was a satire on few old age heroes of the film industry. Now, it is the turn of yet another ace comedian Brahmanandam.
Brahmanandam is one of the best available talents for directors who can set into any given character. Although he is famous for comedy characters, film makers can try him in different shades.
Irrespective of low-budget or Star hero movies, Brahmananadam has become the common factor for comedy and the film makers are ready to pay the desired amount.
Brahmi has played some very unique characters in his lifetime like Khan Dada, MacDowell Murthy, Padmanabha Simha, Kill Bil Pandey etc. He has succeeded in making people laugh big time with these roles.
Now Brahmi is going to portray a different character in the upcoming film Geethnjali. He is called as 'Saitan Raj' in this film which is touted to be a Horror comedy film. The character was penned by Kona Venkat and he believes it will be on par with his earlier creation Salman Raj character for Dubai Seenu.
On July 17th all the top comedians in the Telugu film industry are going to unveil Saitan Raj in an event. Brahmanandam says that the role is going to be a special one in his career. Let us see if he can entertain people in this new avatar of Saithan Raj.
The film stars Anjali and is produced by Kona Venkat, who penned the script. The lady oriented film stars Harshavardhan Rane, Rao Ramesh, Srinivas Reddy and others. According to filmmakers, Brahmanandam's hilarious scenes are the highlight in the film.
