Geethanjali director suffers stroke Raj Kiran who is the director of Anjali starrer horror comedy 'Geethanjali' has been admitted in hospital near Mehdipatnam as he suffered a massive heart attack today.
As per reliable sources, Raj Kiran has been worrying a lot as the censor formalities were not yet completed. Geethanjali is scheduled for the release on August 8 but the censoring of film is yet to be completed.
Producers and unit members were trying to pump confidence in him but Raajkiran was worried for the past 2 days and today morning he complained of severe chest pain.
It is quite unfortunate that an youngster like Raj Kiran has suffered heart attack, and probably it is due to the pressure of his first flick's release and expectations about the result.
New censor rules is troubling filmmakers as it is causing delay in release date. As per the new rule, first copy should be installed few days prior to censor screening.
Star writer Kona Venkat is presenting the film and this marks the debut of Raj Kiran as the director while M V V Satyanarayana is the producer. The film is slated to be a horror comedy and it also has Brahmanandam doing a pivotal role as 'Saitan Raj'. Let us wish him a speedy recovery and hope everything will be fine!
