Mithun's loss is Sai Kumar's gain The shooting of Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh starrer Gopala Gopala is progressing at brisk pace in Hyderabad. The film, which is the remake of Bollywood film Oh My God is being directed by Dolly.
Reportedly, Mithun Chakraborthy, who played the role of a spiritual god man in the original version, was roped in to play the same role in Telugu as well. But the latest we hear is on that Mithun has opted out of the film citing date issues and the makers have zeroed in Sai Kumar, as his replacement.
Sai Kumar who delivered spirited performance in Yevadu, will be seen sharing the screen space once again with a mega hero in this comedy satire. Pawan Kalyan has allotted 22 days for his 25-minute cameo in this film and has already started working on the project.
The makers are contemplating to wrap up the entire shooting of the film by this November and planning to release the film for Sankranthi, 2015. The first look poster and the teaser of the film will be released on August 16 on the occasion of Janmashtami.
