Sentiment for Gaalipatam
What do films Race Gurram, Manam and Drushyam have in common? They all end with the same syllable 'am'. And it is precisely this sentiment which one of the producers of Gaalipatam, Kiran Muppavarapu hopes would work in his movie's favor.
The movie starring Aadi, Erica Fernandez and Kristina Akhihiva in the lead roles is releasing worldwide today. Sampath Nandi and Vijay Kumar are the other producers. Owing to a lip lock scene in the movie, it was given an 'A' certificate by the censor officials.
The movie is set in a backdrop of 'IT' professionals and the makers of Gaalipatam call it a bold film with realistic characters. Music director of the film Bhims said that he was very much pleased with the response to the audio of the film.
'Many people have complimented me saying that Gaalipatam is the best album in recent times,' said Bhims. Gaalipatam has excellent music and a bold concept. The youth will connect with it and personally, it is a very important film for me. It is the fifth film in my career and I am keeping my fingers crossed,' said Aadi, the hero of the film.
