Naresh's son launched as hero
Actor Naresh's (Senior) son, Naveen Vijay Krishna's debut movie as hero got underway at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad. Super star Krishna, Mahesh Babu and Vijayanirmala were present on the occasion.
The movie, which is being directed by Ramprasad Raghatu, features Kirthi Suresh as the female lead. Chanti Addala and Parthasarathi Naidu Gavara are the producers of the untitled venture. Ramprasad has earlier worked as an assistant to Krishna Vamsi.
Speaking on the occasion, Naresh said, 'Today is like a dream for me. When I was seven years old, I made my entry into Tollywood as a child artiste with Pandanti Kapuram. When I was fifteen, I made my debut as hero with Naalugu Stambhala Aata.
Naveen is the third generation hero from our family. The heroine of this film, Kirthi is the daughter of actress Menaka. The story is very good and I hope that it will be a great debut for my son, Naveen.'
The regular shooting of the movie would commence from September. Kirthi has already acted in Malayalam in the direction of Priyardarshan opposite the son of Mohan Lal. This is the second film in her career.
