Name film city after KCR: Krishna
Superstar Krishna has made strange statements which has shocked the entire film industry. Krishna attended the film launch event of actor Naresh's son Nawin at Ramanaidu Studios and talking to media, Krishna thanked Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for granting 2000 acres to Film city in Hyderabad.
Krishna extended his support to KCR's proposal for setting up the Cinema City in 2000-acre government land in Hyderabad and asked everyone in the industry to welcome it. Not stopping with this Krishan suggested naming the film city with KCR name.
'I thank Telangana CM KCR for the proposal of film city and I think it should be named after him,' said Krishna. Normally Krishna doesn't make any public appearances and never praised any one highly. So, the Tollywood got little surprised with superstar's overwhelmed gratitude towards T-CM!
KCR announced a Film City in an extent of approximately 2000 acres. This city will also cater the needs of TV content production, graphics and animation.
Already, the entire film industry has expressed its happiness over KCR's proposal. Some prominent personalities from the film industry met up with KCR and thanked him for his initiative. We have to wait and see whether KCR considers Krishna's proposal or not.
