Chiru's presence shoots up TRP ratings
Post the failure on political front, critics had written off Chiranjeevi completely and some even went to the extent that he no more enjoys the unbelievable charisma and aura around him. But Megastar is always a megastar and he once again proved his charisma among Telugu audiences. The TRP ratings of 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu' shows the craze of megastar Chiranjeevi among Telugu households.
It's known that Megastar attended Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu, hosted by another Tollywood celebrity Nagaruna, for the last episode as chief guest and the episode has created a new record in TRP ratings of the channel. While average TRP ratings of all the episodes of game show is 9.33, Chiranjeevi episode got highest of 12.34 TRP's.
Chiru has shared some great moments with Nag in the show and he even spoke about his 150th movie. Chiranjeevi stressed the fact with Maa TV chief Nimmagadda Prasad that it would be only a comma and not a full stop to the show.
Nagarjuna-hosted MEK show created sensation among Television circles. The 40th episode on August 7th drew the curtain on this hugely popular show. What started as another celebrity hosted show, Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu has turned out to be a gold mine for the channel both in terms of TRP's and Ad revenues.
