Charan, Shruti to team up again
The success pair of Yevadu, Ram Charan and Shruti Haasan might well team up again. While Ram Charan is busy wrapping up Govindudu Andarivaade Le in the direction of Krishna Vamsi, Shruti has finished shooting for an item number in Mahesh Babu's Aagadu.
Initially, everyone expected Ram Charan's next movie to be in the direction of Boyapati Srinu, a last minute change of thinking by the mega camp saw the opportunity go to a more bankable director in the form of Srinu Vaitla.
The project will be produced by DVV Danayya. It is believed that the name of Kajal Agarwal was also considered but the makers are keen on Shruti for they believe that she will be a better draw at the box-office.
The movie is tipped to be an action-entertainer with Srinu Vaitla's trademark comedy. Apparently a rough draft of the script has been finalized by Srinu Vaitla and he will get down to serious business once he is finished with the release and post-release promotions of Aagadu. The other cast and crew of the project will be announced soon.
