Mahesh to do a Nagarjuna in Aagadu
Srinu Vaitla, who carved a niche for himself in dishing out laugh riots on latest trends, is gearing up for a blast in his upcoming film Aagadu. The film starring Mahesh Babu and Tamannah Bhatia in the lead roles is expected to have a spoof on Nagarjuna's popular game show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu.
It is learnt from our trusted sources that Mahesh will reprise the act of Nag as host and question the person in the hot seat.
Rather than throwing a satire on the game show, Vaitla has gone for a spoof on it, explains our source. The entire scene turned out to be hilarious - thanks to the on-screen persona of Mahesh.
Besides this spoof, the film also has a parody on Brahmanandam, adds our source. Aagadu has Shruti Haasan crooning and sizzling in a raunchy item number. Nassar, Rajendra Prasad, MS Narayana, Sonu Sood and Vennela Kishore are playing pivotal roles in this action entertainer that is poised for release on September 19.
Music of the film scored by SS Thaman was released recently and evoked amazing response from Mahesh fans and music lovers. We have to wait till the film's release to see what impact these scenes will leave have the audience.
