Manam on Gemini on ANR's birth day
The Akkineni's all-time special multi-starrer Manam is one film which can engross and make you emotional even on a 20th watch - The magic is as such! The film received many appreciations from the critics and even lauded by Bollywood celebrities.
The most critically acclaimed films of 2013, is going to be screened on Gemini TV soon. Rumours are abuzz that the TV channel is going to screen the film on September 20 on the eve of late ANR birthday.
The film spans across three different time lines and it is based on the theme of reincarnation and that love is eternal. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the film had ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya in lead roles, apart from Samantha and Shriya Saran. Akhil Akkineni had made a cameo in this family drama.
It is a known fact that Gemini TV has purchased the satellite rights of Manam for record price of 8 crores. Moreover, Sept 20 being a Saturday, the channel is expecting maximum TRPs on that day! So, are you ready for the feast guys?
