Ram signs VIP remake
Ram has signed yet another remake in his career. Although his first ever remake Masala, a remake of Bollywood film Bol Bachchan, tanked at the box-office, he is very confident that this new film has the much-needed theme that will click big time with the audience, especially youth.
Our trusted sources inform us that Ram will be stepping into the shoes of Dhanush in the Telugu remake of Tamil film Velai Illa Pattadhaari (VIP).
Ram's uncle and producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore has snapped the remake rights of the film for a fancy price reveals a source close to the actor. VIP is the story of an unemployed civil engineer who is waiting to prove his mettle with a challenging job.
Incidentally, VIP is the 25th film of Dhanush and it went onto become the biggest hit of 2014. Ram is hoping that this remake will revive his fortunes at the boxoffice.
