Rudramadevi shoot wrapped up
Director Gunasekhar, who is going through a lean phase with a string of flops, is directing a period drama titled Rudramadevi. The film that is being made in 3D technology features Anushka Shetty as the leading lady.
The shooting of the film has been wrapped up and currently the post-production formalities are in full swing. Gunasekhar, who is also producing the movie, is contemplating to release the film for Sankranthi, 2015.
Allu Arjun and Rana Daggubati are playing pivotal roles in this film that showcases the story of the 13th century warrior queen Rudramadevi of Kakatiya dynasty. Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj, Baba Sehgal, Nithya Menon, Catherine Tresa and Hamsa Nandini are playing supporting roles in this historical film that has music by Ilayaraja.
