The human side of Samantha
Not many actresses have the nature to speak their heart out and one among such lot is Samantha. The actress has been vocal on various social to filmi topics and grabbed headlines in the last few years, of course more for her charity and humanitarian activities.
Needless to say the actress is associated with several NGOs and has been doing a lot of humanitarian work. Being a superstar, the plea of Samantha has shown a huge impact and her efforts have paid off.
The latest news is that Samantha has endorsed Project 511 ' that is aimed to improve quality education, sanitation and supplying academic stationery to poor students in government schools.
It is worth mentioning that director Rajamouli has used Project 511's name in his techno-graphical wonder Eega. It was the same NGO that Bindu (Samantha) works for in the film.
That's not all, Rajamouli and his team also donated Rs 22 lakhs to this NGO for the mobile science lab program and benches. Looks like Samantha has taken a cue from Rajamouli and has endorsed the organisation. Way to go girl!
