Brahmi close to 1000 movies milestone
Ace comedian Brahmanandam has played important roles in many hit films and many writers have created special roles for him in most of his films. Both in big films as well as small films, Brahmanandam has always been a special attraction.
While star heroes attack with their powerful action and stunts, Brahmanandam attacks with his weapon comedy concord. Its known that Brahmanandam who is more dearly known as 'Brahmi' by the Andhra audience entered the Guinness Records for doing the maximum number of films in one language as an actor. Brahmi earned a slot in the Guinness Books of World Records in 2007 for acting in 754 films in a span of just 20 years.
Now Brahmi is eying another record. Brahmanandam is only three films away from creating a record in Indian film history. Brahmanandam himself revealed this at the platinum disc celebrations of Gopichand, Rakul Preet Singh starrer Loukyam which hit the screens today.
So far, he has acted in 997 films in 27 years of his film career. Loukyam, a recently released film, is the 997th film of the comedian. Really a rare record from a great comedian!
